A Little About Me:


1.  I have four great children named Eric, Sara, Rachael, and Rebecca.
2. I have been told quite often that I look at least 10 years younger than I really am.  Don't   ask a lady what her age is, it's not polite.
3. I was an elementary school teacher for 17 years.
4. My weight gain is from a medical condition and not from eating all the time.  I actually eat                                             like a bird.
5. My husband is the greatest.
6. I have a cute pug named Pugsley.
7. I have always wanted to open up a Scrap Store, it's been a dream for quite a few years.

As you might have noticed, my blog has had a much needed makeover to it, I hope you enjoy the new design as much as I am. This is all thanks to The Shabby Vanity who designed this new look and for LSHD for the monster design.

Now onto my project for today: pages 6 through 13 of the Your Story album.  The LSHD paper piecings for today are more bears from the bears through the year collection.

Now onto my project for today:

Album cover.

Page 1 of the Memories of a Year album.

I used two new machines to make this project.  The first is an Xyron Sticker Machine and the second was the Your Story binder and laminator machine.  Both I had for a full year and never used. Last night I dared to use both and wondered what I was thinking not using them before, they are super easy to use.  I hope you enjoy the creation of my 24 page album that I had binded with the Your Story.  The chicks on the front cover were put into my Xyron machine and made a sticker for the front cover.  The design of the tear chicks is one of many wonderful designs over at LSHD.  The second picture is Page 1 of the album where I used one of LSHD bears through the year bear.
